Data Protection & Data Processing Addendum

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

Deploy4 is building its privacy program around GDPR principles. This page describes current technical practices; it is not a certification or a substitute for a signed Data Processing Agreement.

1. Data Sovereignty & EU Hosting

Deploy4's core Kubernetes infrastructure currently runs in Hetzner's Falkenstein, Germany region. Integrated subprocessors used for services such as DNS, email, billing, source control, container images, and AI processing may process data in other regions under their own contractual safeguards.

2. Data Subject Rights

You may contact us to exercise applicable data-protection rights, including:

  • Access: Request a copy of personal data associated with your account.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion subject to security, billing, backup, and legal-retention requirements.
  • Portability and objection: Request an available export or object to applicable processing.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For enterprise and team customers who require a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) incorporating standard contractual clauses (SCCs), please contact our compliance officer:
